Terms of Use
Effective November 8, 2026. These terms apply to the Resonance apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows and to the website rsnc.fm (“Resonance”), provided by Eyiyub Bodur (“we”). Contact: abuse@rsnc.fm. By using Resonance you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how Resonance handles data.
1. What Resonance is
Resonance is a free player for music you already have: files on your devices and links to sources you choose. It doesn’t provide, sell or stream music of its own, has no accounts and doesn’t upload your audio anywhere.
2. Your music
- Play only music you have the right to play, such as your own recordings, files you bought or got under a licence, or freely licensed music.
- Add only links to sources you’re allowed to use, and not links to pirated copies.
- When you use Google Drive, Dropbox or other services, their terms apply too.
You are responsible for the music and links you add.
3. App Store
If you got Resonance from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
4. No warranty
Resonance is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will work without interruptions or errors, that a source will stay available, or that it fits a particular purpose, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses or for lost data. Keep your own copies of your music. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
5. Changes
We may change or stop Resonance. If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its effective date; if you keep using Resonance after that, the new terms apply.

1. Что такое Resonance
Resonance — бесплатный плеер для музыки, которая у вас уже есть: файлов на ваших устройствах и ссылок на выбранные вами источники. Он не предоставляет, не продаёт и не транслирует свою музыку, в нём нет аккаунтов, и он никуда не загружает ваше аудио.
2. Ваша музыка
- Слушайте только музыку, на которую у вас есть право: свои записи, купленные или полученные по лицензии файлы, музыку под свободной лицензией.
- Добавляйте только ссылки на источники, которыми вам можно пользоваться, и не добавляйте ссылки на пиратские копии.
- Когда вы пользуетесь Google Drive, Dropbox и другими сервисами, действуют и их условия.
За музыку и ссылки, которые вы добавляете, отвечаете вы.
3. App Store
Если вы установили Resonance из App Store, действует и стандартное лицензионное соглашение Apple с конечным пользователем (Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
4. Без гарантий
Resonance предоставляется бесплатно, «как есть» и «по мере доступности». Насколько позволяет закон, мы не обещаем, что он будет работать без перерывов и ошибок, что источник останется доступен или что он подойдёт для конкретной цели, и не отвечаем за косвенные убытки и потерю данных. Храните свои копии музыки. Ничто в этих условиях не ограничивает ответственность, которую нельзя ограничить по закону, и ваши права потребителя по обязательным нормам права страны, где вы живёте.
5. Изменения
Мы можем изменить Resonance или прекратить его работу. Если мы изменим эти условия, мы обновим эту страницу и дату вступления в силу; если вы продолжаете пользоваться Resonance после этого, действуют новые условия.
